Complaints Procedure
All refurbished products are covered by a two-year warranty.
If a problem occurs during this time with the device, you have the option to return the item for repair. To return an item, please fill out the claim form. After receiving a RMA number from our customer care agent, place the item securely in its original packaging (or any safe packaging) with the invoice, charger, power cable, then stick on the prepaid mailing label you received.
Once we have received the product and assessed its condition, we will contact you immediately.
You can order a collection by DHL courier by clicking on "Book a pickup". Identify your shipment with the label and select the date and time that fits you the best. If you need further assistance don't hesitate to contact us.
